How fast can you climb: from Sainte Marie de Campan to the top of the Col du Tourmalet?...Col du Tourmalet in the Pyrenees

Another year's competition has come to an end, so it's congratulations to Ian Randall, winner for a second year running, with a fastest time of 1 hour 2 minutes and 5 seconds. He set his time during a visit at the end of May (when snow was still at the top of the climb) and the record stood all year. Likewise, the fastest woman was also winning for a second consecutive year. So it was first place for Rachel Stanhope, with a time of 1 hour 35 minutes and 48 seconds, who rode up with husband Richard during their holiday in August.
